PRICES - Each product's price is listed in Serbian DINAR (RSD) inclusive of taxes, but excluding delivery charges. Sportizmo DOO reserves the right to modify its listed prices at any time without prior notice.
PRODUCTS - All available items are listed on our web site along with descriptions and images created in our studio. Occasionally, small discrepancies may be detected when comparing a product's image with the actual product.
AVAILABILITY - We make great efforts to keep an accurate inventory but occasionally items become unavailable due to unpredictable supply chain reporting delays. If this occurs, we will notify customers as soon as possible.
ORDERING - Items may be ordered from our web site at all hours, or by telephone during our call center working hours. To place an order:
Select a desired item and click the "ORDER" button next to the item image. Don't forget to choose the correct size.
After adding an item to the cart, the cart contents page will be displayed. To continue shopping, click on "BACK TO SHOPPING" button. To remove one or more items from the basket, click on the "Remove" button.
When you are ready to place your order, fill in your name and delivery arddress. We will contact you soon after, to confirm your order.
PAYMENT - Payment can be made by cash on delivery or credit/debit card. Credit/debit card details and other confidential information are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) before transmitting over the internet. Data security for on line purchases is guaranteed by the credit card processor, Banca Intesa plc, Belgrade, and the entire payment process is done using the bank's web pages. Sportizmo DOO has no access to your credit/debit card data. Due to exchange rates and currency conversions, it is possible that an item's price might differ slightly from the price listed on our web site.
CONVERSION STATEMENT - All payments will be made in Serbian Dinar (RSD), the currency of the Republic of Serbia, using the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.
The amount charged to your credit/debit card for any transaction will be in your local currency based on the exchange rate used by card organizations. This is unknown to Sportizmo DOO at the time of the transaction.
DELIVERY COSTS - Delivery costs depend on the delivery country and the parcel's weight. Postage is easily calculated when adding an item to the cart. The most common postage price within the territory of Serbia is 200 Serbian Dinar (RSD).
DELIVERY - Delivery in Serbia is done by the courier service Daily Express. Delivery in Kosovo and Metohija is done using the Serbian Postal Service. Delivery outside Serbia is available to about 65 countries. Delivery times may be affected by distance and occasionally by post office and customs delays.
RETURNS - Orders can be returned by sending us an e-mail up to 14 days after receiving the order. Returns are possible only for unused and products.
EXCHANGES - Orders can be exchanged by sending us an e-mail. For damaged items please notify us and we will arrange for a replacement after receiving your return parcel. For other exchanges, if the item has already shipped, then please return it once it has arrived in order for us to send you the replacement item.
REFUNDS - For each product purchased on our website you are entitled to a refund as follows:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must not be used and must be returned in their original packaging.
Shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
You must also send us a completed cancellation form.
We will inform you when we receive your return parcel.
Money will be refunded 24 to 48 hours from the moment we receive your return parcel.
When goods are returned for any reason, refunds to customers who paid with a credit/debit card in part or in full are made by Sportizmo DOO only through VISA, EC / MC or Maestro. The the bank will therefore pay the refund to the cardholder's account.
COMPLAINT - You have the right to make a complaint relating to any defects on your purchased items. The Law on Consumer Protection Article 53 (Republic of Serbia) reads in part: The seller is responsible for any non-compliance of goods that appears within two years from the date of sale to the consumer. If the non-conformity occurs within six months, it is presumed that it existed at the time of sale, unless it is contrary to the nature of the goods and the nature of certain non-conformities. What else you need to know:
Any item you send to us for a complaint must be clean.
You must send the item to us by courier service. You will be informed of the address later depending on whether the item is sent directly to the factory or not.
You should also send us this complaint sheet with the item. You can also send us the original invoice if you have saved it.
Transport costs are paid by the customer.
After we receive the item, we will confirm in writing that we have received it and that a complaint procedure has begun.
We will submit the item for analysis to an authorized laboratory and our decision will be in accordance with their decision.
You will receive a reply to the complaint 8 to 15 days from when we received the item.
If the deadline for complaints is postponed you will be notified electronically.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION Sportizmo DOO is committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We only collect necessary customer data, user data and data necessary for our business and the provision of a quality service. Customers can request deletion from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. User / customer data is accessible by employees solely for the purpose of order fulfilment. All employees of Sportizmo DOO and our business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of data and privacy protection.
PRICING POLICY - Sportizmo DOO reserve the right to edit prices and shipment fee due to market variability.
